Angels

Angels exist to serve us, people. Whether we believe it or not, they very often help us, protect us and warn us of mistakes. Some people even claim, that they saw an angel in the flesh, mostly to deliver an important information. Others say, that angel is to be invited, given a place where he can rest and protect us from there. I believe in this.

In my home, my heart, there are plenty of angels and I transfer my love to them onto the material. I’ve been embroidering angels on organza for a long time and lately I tried that on stabilizers. Stabilizer is a kind of a fabric, which is dissolved in the water. Embroidery made in such a way is stable and looks like a lace. The remains of a stabilizer stay between the threads, making the embroidery stiff and creating a beautiful, stable ornament, which can be hanged on a Christmas tree, window, or glued to a Christmas card.
