Leaf beetroot – a mixture of varieties (Beta vulgaris), i.e. the old locust known in every home, is a set of seeds of the best varieties with colored petioles. This easy-to-grow vegetable is resistant to minor frosts, so it is sown directly into the ground from mid-April. Sowing can be repeated until the end of June to harvest for several months up to and including October.
