A mixture containing vegetable and herb seeds whose sprouts have a sharp taste, ie fenugreek, radish and radish with the addition of mild-tasting alfalfa seeds and mung beans. These sprouts, apart from their taste, are characterized by a high content of ingredients strengthening the body, vitamins and mineral salts. It is perfect for making salads, salads and as an addition to sandwiches. The method of producing sprouts: pour the rinsed seeds into a clean jar and pour lukewarm, boiled water for a few hours. Then drain the water, rinse the seeds, cover the jar with gauze, tie it and place it in a warm, sunless place. Rinse the sprouts and drain the water twice a day. After 4-5 days the sprouts are ready to eat.
