Sprout seeds, BROCCOLI
Seed sprouts, known and appreciated already before our era, are a very valuable source of nutrients, enzymes, minerals and amino acids for the body. The broccoli sprouts contain, among others: vitamin C, PP, calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium. They are perfect for making salads, salads, as an addition to sandwiches. The easiest way to produce sprouts is in a jar: pour the rinsed seeds into a clean jar and pour water over them for a few hours. Then drain the water, rinse the seeds, cover the jar with gauze and place it in a warm, sunless place. Rinse sprouts with water twice a day. After 5-7 days they are ready to eat.

Kiełki nasion, znane i cenione już przed naszą erą, są bardzo cennym dla organizmu źródłem składników odżywczych, enzymów, minerałów i aminokwasów. Kiełki brokułów zawierają m.in.: witaminę C, PP, wapń, magnez, potas, sód. Doskonale nadają się do przyrządzania sałatek, surówek, jako dodatek do kanapek. Najłatwiej wyprodukować kiełki w słoiku: opłukane nasiona wsypać do czystego słoika i zalać wodą przez kilka godzin. Następnie spuść wodę, opłucz nasiona, przykryj słoik gazą i umieść w ciepłym, nienasłonecznionym miejscu. Kiełki płucz wodą dwa razy dziennie. Po 5-7 dniach są gotowe do spożycia.
