Seed sprouts, known and appreciated already before our era, are a very valuable source of nutrients, enzymes, minerals and amino acids for the body. The broccoli sprouts contain, among others: vitamin C, PP, calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium. They are perfect for making salads, salads, as an addition to sandwiches. The easiest way to produce sprouts is in a jar: pour the rinsed seeds into a clean jar and pour water over them for a few hours. Then drain the water, rinse the seeds, cover the jar with gauze and place it in a warm, sunless place. Rinse sprouts with water twice a day. After 5-7 days they are ready to eat.
