THYME, Thymus vulgaris
Perennial plant about 40 cm tall. Used as a seasoning for thick soups, venison, fatty meats, cheese, potatoes and cold meats. It has a therapeutic effect, it is a diuretic, expectorant, relieves stomach cramps, neuralgia, and supports digestion. Thyme infusion or oil is used externally in skin diseases. Sowing in April and May, straight into the ground, in rows every 25 cm. In the temperature of 20-25 degrees Celsius, emergence takes place within 7-14 days.
