CHAMO MILE, Matricaria chamomilla
Annual plant about 30 cm high. Sow quite densely, casting directly into the ground. Flower baskets (at the beginning of flowering) or whole plants are harvested and dried in a shaded, airy place. Chamomile infusion is used in stomach disorders. Externally – as a disinfectant.
