Shipping Information
Processing Time
Most products are handmade and produced to order.
Standard products are usually dispatched within the processing time stated in the listing.
Custom-made or personalised products may require additional production time.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM (Monday–Friday) will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery
We work with trusted courier partners including Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, UPS and DHL, depending on product size and destination.
Tracking information is provided whenever available.
Estimated delivery dates are displayed during checkout.
While occasional delays may occur due to factors such as weather conditions, customs procedures or carrier operations, we will always assist customers in tracking and resolving delivery issues.
Delivery Address

Receiving Your Order

For mirrors and glass products, inspection upon delivery is strongly recommended.
Returns & Refunds
Standard Returns
Eligible non-personalised products may be returned within the return period specified by eBay and applicable consumer legislation.
Returned items should be:

✔ Undamaged
✔ In original packaging
✔ Complete with all supplied accessories
Damaged or Incorrect Products
We will gladly replace or refund products if:
✔ The item arrives damaged
✔ The wrong item was supplied
✔ A verified manufacturing defect is present

Personalised & Custom-Made Products
As many of our products are manufactured to customer specifications, personalised and bespoke items are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Return Shipping Costs
Where a return is required due to damage, manufacturing defects or an incorrect item supplied, we will arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with eBay policies and applicable consumer rights.
For unwanted items, return postage may apply in accordance with the return terms shown in the listing.
Refunds
Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take several business days to appear in your account.
