Radish sprouts recommended as an addition to various dishes, sandwiches, salads and salads. The easiest way to produce sprouts is to use a sprouting machine. Soak the seeds for 2-3 hours in boiled, lukewarm water. Then drain the water, rinse the seeds several times with clean water and place them evenly on the grid of the sprout dish. Fill the sprout box with water to the level of the grid. For the following days, rinse (sprinkle or water) the germinating seeds twice a day and replace the water in the sprinkler. Sprouts can also be produced in a jar. Pour the seeds into a clean jar and pour water over them for a few hours (2-3 hours). Then drain the water, rinse the seeds several times with clean water, cover the jar with gauze, tie it and set it to drain in a warm, sunless place with the bottom upwards at an angle of 40-45 degrees. Rinse sprouts with water twice a day. After 4-5 days, the sprouts are ready to eat.
